Shipping and Returns
Shipping Policy
Most items are ​ready to ship in 1–3 business days. All items are shipped from our corporate headquarters in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

For all bespoke cold processed soap orders, please allow 8-10 weeks for creation and curing as natural handmade soap requires a minimum cure time of 4-6 weeks. If you need this for a special event, order at least 2 months prior if possible to ship and arrive in time.

Tracking numbers are provided for all orders. You will receive your tracking number when your order is shipped.

If an order is returned or marked as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, please contact us. Once received, the order can be resent for just the cost of shipping. Please note that we do not accept cancellations for returned orders.​
Return & Exchange Policy
Cancellations are not accepted, please contact customer service if you have any problems with your order.
Contact customer service within 7 days of delivery, if you would like to see if you qualify for a refund or exchange. Please note that all custom or personalized orders will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Due to COVID-19 and because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, ​the following items can't be returned or exchanged:

Any product that is made to be put on the body.
